      Pros

      Startup with projection amd good product

      Cons

      Low pays and they don’t look for their people. Also the founders (specially the CEO) don’t trust the heads of each team and they always end up making all decisions even when it’s clearly not the smartest thing to do. Don’t expect to change their mind.

      Pros

      Cafler is a startup with HQ in Barcelona. The company is still young and is growing with triple figures. The environment within the company is great and everyone is supportive.

      Cons

      As it is still young, some things are still a bit chaotic, but it's something normal at this stage.
