Great place to work if you love coffee and flexibility in your schedule. Organization has improved over the years and continues to improve. Very community oriented workplace both on a local level as well as global. Pay rates are generally good for cache valley. good 401k with employer match and insurance

Still a lot of room for improvement in organization and infrastructure. Some of the employees that have been around the longest can be quite difficult to work with at times but management is working to rectify that albeit slowly.

Free and discounted coffee is a really nice perk, and it's also nice that that coffee is ethically sourced.

Management is rough. They don't seem to realize that staff need a lot more resources and feedback to grow than what they're giving them. A lot of things also tend to get lost in translation to management, which has had some pretty wild outcomes.
