Kitchen staff are lovely, one free coffee/meal per shift.
Cons
Upper management and staff are bullies who belittle new staff to see if they can handle it. It is unnecessary and promotes a lack of trust in the workplace. They also did not pay any of my superannuation when I worked there despite claiming it on my payslips. I had to chase this up and have only realised this years later after a coworker informed me to check. Furthermore, one of the managers at my location kept alcohol on site despite the lack of qualifications/certifications. They also frequently offered me alcoholic drinks while on shift despite me being 16/17 while employed there. He would also drink while working, adding vodka into his own drinks while on shift. Stay far, far away from this location and the company as a whole.
