      Very understanding management alongside kind customers. A lot of flexibility with difficult scheduling, and it was easy to learn the ropes. A strong community.

      Cons

      A tendency to cut corners heavily, whether it be through supplies or other means.

      Pros

      - free, quality meal with each shift - 5-6 hr shifts, home by 11 pm (night shift) - overall not too hard - fun, mostly college-aged coworkers

      Cons

      - intentionally understaffed - no automated employee system to view schedule or pick up/drop shifts, not even a collective employee group-chat - poor management communication - management constantly silently firing employees, even employees they could easily fire through official process (have been forced to rehire fired coworkers because they didn't follow official firing process)
