best serving job - Server Cafe Luna Employee Review

There is a great team vibe at Cafe Luna. The food is excellent, so I was always proud to serve it. I felt supported and encouraged to do well here.

scheduling can sometimes be last minute, and the brunch shifts are long but good money

The overall atmosphere is congenial. The senior staff tries very hard to be accommodating of new employees.

There is no balance between work load and income. Shifts are very long and they have a very low check average. Even with up selling the per person average tops out at $28.00 a head. They do a lot of "deals" and most guests do not tip on the full amount before discount.
