It was very fulfilling working for such a health and environmentally conscious/forward thinking company. We had an amazing team, including the owners and corporate managers.

Nothing major. I really enjoyed working for Cafe Gratitude.

The illusion of abundance and gratitude internally.

My experience was that this was not a psychologically safe workplace. There was a noticeable culture of misogyny, with dismissive attitudes toward women and limited accountability around behavior. Communication often felt top-down rather than collaborative, and concerns were not always received with respect.
