      Great clientele and fast-paced environment with great money to be made

      Cons

      Absolutely filthy restaurants and working conditions due to poor GM and too many problems with not enough money to cover the problems.

      Great atmosphere, great staff, fantastic management, willing to work with you, quality food, quality customers

      Cons

      Grungy, is running 24/7 so they may need your help on some extra days but if you can’t help they never hold it against you.
