Fast paced, growth, managers and coworkers are great but not corporate

Not enough pay for the amount of work load and responsibilities. Unpaid wages and sketchy work hours to avoid lunches and breaks to save the company money. Owners do not care about their employees as they “try to portray” they’re cheap with everything while they live in luxury to maintain their successful images. They will not interfere with issues regarding work environment safety with customer stalking/harassing. They trust teenagers and young adults to run a store when they only care about their own profits/benefits. If you ever wonder why a lot of people quit it is because we do not get paid enough. why be a shift lead for a 25¢ above min wage promotion when other places pay a full dollar with proper work hours and legal breaks. Do not waste your time helping this company who claims to be a small business for pity, they have several stores and will keep expanding at the cost of good employees.
