Pros

Customer’s you go see are decent, the product used to be the best, is mid table at best now as all made in china and Asia as closed ISA and Israel sites

Cons

Company took a wrong turn at a point where it could have tackled in house issues. Senior managers, marketing and especially HR and accounts are clueless and have terrible man management skills and all out for themselves, lack of empathy and people skills or emotional intelligence from all senior management

Personal Time Off is generous.

Cons

Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
