Pros

Nothing, there is nothing at all that is good about this place. Their business is shady and management should have been fired over and over.

Cons

1. They are running scam business out of their Johnstown Office. 15 or so joint ventures for H1 visa people from China. Tell the staff to lie to homeland security about Chinese workers who are to be there but have never set foot in the state. 2. The CIO/CFO/Whatever he calls himself is as dirty as they come. No record of him at the company, no past history online and if you don't accept his advances he will fire you (ask me). He fired the HR person when she told him to stop hitting on the women... 3. No real product or sales, only survive on ripping off more "investors". They have lost several court cases already and will lose more. STAY FAR AWAY

Pros

No positives. I regret working here. I am a generally positive person but I cannot think of a single nice thing to say about this company.

Cons

The CEO, Juliet Luo, is abusive, dishonest, cruel and impossible to work with. She underpays employees, overworks them, calls them to come in on Saturdays and Sundays at the drop of a pin (even when she knows they are out of town), lies about what their co-workers are saying about them and basically has no morality. If she makes a mistake, she will throw her employees under the bus. The only reason she is so keen on hiring Chinese employees is because she knows they are at her mercy and will probably have to return to China if they quit, so they have no choice but to stay. All employees are paid poorly, but the Chinese employees are paid especially poorly and suffer the most abuse. I cannot stress this enough; if you are a Chinese student, find another way to stay in the U.S. You will regret ever working here. The company is being sued by 11 different former investors anyhow based on fraud allegations, it could fall apart any day and you will be left with nothing.
