      Cadient strives to develop new features, products and functionality based on what customers ask for. Our focus on distributed hourly hiring makes us poised to help customers that are hiring a large amount of hourly works. Easily putting the hiring into the hands of the field hiring managers and recruiters.

      Cons

      Competing with full suite offerings, but would consider Cadient best in class ATS that integrates with any HR system.
