Pros
Great technology. Great people. Lots of room for personal and professional growth. Cadent has become market leader for many aspects of digital dentistry. Product allows traditional style dentists/orthodontists to quickly move into the 3D digital age and cut costs in the process.
Cons
Since the buyout of Cadent by Align Technologies in 2011, the work environment has changd a bit. No longer a small start-up where the company grows from the ground floor up. That was necessary for the company to grow and expand, but for some employees the new environment is less suitable.
