Great people to work for as a contracting BA - they let you get on with the job.
Cons
Sometimes you can sit on the bench between jobs longer than you want. Sadly I'm no longer with them. After a 7 years across 2 clients and extended re-newed contracts with one client, the sub contracting supplier lost a bid and Cadence had nothing to offer at that time.
