      Friendly environment with support from many teams. The benefit is good and the working hours are flexible. The pay is relatively competitive. I would recommend a friend to work here.

      Cons

      The internal growth opportunity is limited. You can switch to different roles but vertical career advancement is little if any. Politics present in many teams which limited the productivity of the overall company.
