      work-life balance is good overall. Even though it depends on which group you are in, overall Cadence provides a hybrid work style and also global recharge days each year. Global recharge days are extra days off each year.

      Cons

      Top-level management might change strategy very often. Also, it's not quite transparent regarding laying off people or the company's overall financial performance.
