      The culture in this company is outstanding. A lot of appreciation of engineers, very rational, pragmatic and little process. A bit over-the-top IT, but tolerable. Mental recharge day per month is very appreciated.

      Cons

      Health/dental insurance covers almost nothing. I have never seen a health and dental insurance that is so lousy as at Cadence. Very disappointed by this, and makes me feel unprotected and anxious.
