Pros
1) Very supportive management system 2) Even the HR and IT are supportive and will help you out 3) Challenging work 4) If doing well, seniors/managers will commend you for your hardwork 5) No interrogations on leaves taken, directly approved when applying for leave 6) Depending on the team, occassional fun events organized by the HRs for the team(s). 7) Discussion environment isn't dead serious, there is proper balance of laughing out at stuff and having professional level talks, so you feel comfortable while talking.
Cons
1) Sometimes the amount / intensity of work given due to the competitive environment might off-balance your work and life. 2) The starting welcome / onboarding kit might not have misc goodies, it'll only have necessary stuff. But the global team heads do send out year-end gifts, bonus or if performance wise things went well, separate gifts.
