Cons
Micromanagement, no feedback can be given to certain managers because then they get pissy and cry about it so YOU get in trouble for trying to help others grow, ideas are shut down, they allowed managers to be mean and unprofessional and when reported the advice is "sometimes you just gotta take it.", there is NO career path just a popularity and favoritism contest. Someone was able to fly through the ranks and become mabager through his charm not for being there long enough like many others. Oh and my favorite: you get to know all the things your weak at but never get any assistance or feedback on how its doing better or ever get steps to reach that goal.
