Pros
The company is very picky who they hire, so lots of the people are really genuine good people. I enjoyed the atmosphere and customers of cactus. Exceptional training program.
Cons
Long working hours, often without breaks. Dress code includes wearing heels. Not overly supported by management. Political working culture which can be intimidating.
