Pros
Great teamwork, effective communication between departments. Small, you get to know all the staff members. Pay is very competitive with great benefits.
Cons
Occasional staffing issues. Not all services are offered because of size, this causes frustration. Census fluctuates quite a bit, so you can't always count on getting all your hours.
