      Exposed to many opportunities to build interesting modelling alogrithms, i.e. not just one model but a series oif models that work together Perform well and your salary will be decent Exposure to entire model pipeline from data extraction to deployment and monitoring Cloud software (Databricks)

      Cons

      Salary growth is decent but not exceptional, you may feel you can earn better elsewhere Slightly a culutrue of allowing top performers to outgrow and leave give unwilligness to match upper end salaries

      Very flexible, mostly hybrid with the option to go into the office. Some interesting modelling, good projects and good team members

      Cons

      Lack of career progression opportunities. Sometimes feels like you are not recognised for work you do by the business which is disheartening and demotivating
