Pros
Great team and people. Startup in a larger organisation allows for a lot of freedom and decision making authority to define your role, job and the future of the company. Great office and location! Potential to be part of the redefinition of the transportation sector is a very nice challenge.
Cons
Typical growing pains of a startup; very flat (undefined) organisation structure, culture under development, focus is on delivering fast which results in some wrong decision making (in hindsight). Lack of communication of clear goals.
