Pros

The culture here is excellent, and it's a primary focus during the hiring process so you know that people coming in will share the same values that you do. Working at this company means that you're working with people, at all levels, who not only do their job but are willing to solve problems and are both capable and empowered to do so. We love to celebrate, have fun, and long hours happen but they're the exception. Compensation is average but fair, benefits are above average. One of the core values is "do the right thing", which generally means that if that's what you're doing, you shouldn't have to compromise.

Cons

The only cons aren't so much day to day stuff... it's a growing company, so there's still a lot of learning going on, which means there's some wrong turns and stuff like that that happen. I would expect the same is true for any company at this stage. The career advancement is clearer in some areas of the company than in others, but it seems as though that's being worked on and improved.

Pros

I'm grateful to be part of the CablesAndKits team! The trust we are given to do our jobs and get our jobs done is something I'm grateful for. I'm also very grateful for the support from the team during the good, the bad and the ugly both professionally and personally.

Cons

Not much! We've got a great team and a great work environment. Every job has its pains at times, but it's how you work through them as a team that matters and at CK I think we do a great job working through them!

Pros

Good people work there for the most part

Cons

They preach being a faith based company, but they don’t necessarily behave as model Christians. I can’t say I’ve ever been treated worse. Please, going forward, provide feedback during employment before you let people go. Or at least have the gumption to tell someone why you let them go. WWJD…right?
