      Pros

      Monday - Friday. 38 hours a week maximum. 2 weeks of vacation regardless if you're there a year or 26 years that must be split.

      Cons

      Everything else! Messy shop, fire hazard, no health and safety Rep, exposure to chemicals. Zero respect for employees major lack of knowledge, unwilling to take suggestions for improvement of quality. If you can hide it the customer will never know. The customer is never right, unless it's the owners friend then your never right

      Pros

      Everyone is passionate about what they do here! Everyone takes cabinets very seriously. We are constantly improving our product line as far as doors and colours and materials, our standard cabinet offering and our processes to get more efficient and better product. New state of the art machinery creates new exciting challenges and makes us better every year. I have been here for 5 years and I am still ALWAYS learning. My job is always evolving. I am busy! And challenged. And very happy here.

      Cons

      Deadlines. Nothing we can do about them, they are always there must be met. so kitchens can be installed on time. Keeps us on our toes.
