Mostly young people, so it can be a fun place to work

Can seem a bit unorganized. Poor communications between conflicting personalities can get in the way of work being done.

The mission is incredible, the authentic people are incredible, and gives youth opportunities.

New isn't always better. Leadership is not quite up to par and doesn't appear to have deep knowledge or experience in the field nor the people we serve. Toxic. Complete power over approach and likely will circle the drain.
