Worst company - Operations CXC Employee Review

Zero employee benefits and in the name of benefits they give you leaves like wow so great right🙂. Zero freedom to work and you cannot use your phones properly. If you take long hours break then they will give you a lesson and they track everything you do in a day to day life from punch in to punch out. It feels like I have joined some boarding school. Please don’t join this company I repeat 🔁 please don’t ever join even though they will tell you it’s an MNC and it is growing in India but still I didn’t felt like I am working for an MNC. Worstest of worst experience ever 🙂.
