Very good design team and work culture.
Cons
No vision in the organisation. "Dream team " is not a vision. Hiring freshers without any project. Firing them without project is very common. Worst top management sitting in US. Expirenceless (>1) HR executive with rude behaviour who dominates the employees as her servent. No professionalism .
