Pros

Money is good but you quickly realise they pay you more because it's such a terrible place to work

Cons

Senior management are out of their depth. Their behaviours which comes from the very top of organisation goes from being passive aggressive to bullying. No one is empowered as the founder tries to controls everything - even down to making sure the pencils are at the correct angle in meeting rooms! it's literally mental. The senior team are so scared of having an opinion, they are all 'yes' people - and if you disagree, be careful you could be the next out of the door! One of the biggest concerns is they have an intake of graduates most years - for young, talented and aspiring talent it couldnt be a worse place to start you career. The behaviours, morals and lack of talent sets the wrong role model for anyone just starting their career.

Pros

- Extremely smart and switched on team. Encouraging all levels and roles to think strategically, putting the customer at the heart of everything. - Lovely people to work with. No d*ckhead policy, so none of the egos you can find in other agencies. - Work across a range of end-to-end campaigns, from large strategies, to conceptual creative, to smaller tactical customer comms. With plenty of variety (albeit mostly for the 1 major Client) to keep you interested. - Focus on rewarding and promoting within, so smart hard-working people are recognised and do well here.

Cons

- Majority of the agency works for 1 big Client (Financial Institution)

Pros

I've been here for 8 months and honestly thought that places like this were a thing of the past. There is a rich, truly collaborative culture that pushes for great work and really cares for its people. They nurture all career levels and want to provide people with opportunities to challenge themselves and our clients.

Cons

I've over the honeymoon phase and still haven't found any.
