With plenty of variety (albeit mostly for the 1 major Client) to keep you interested. - Focus on rewarding and promoting within, so smart hard-working people are recognised and do well here.

I've been here for 8 months and honestly thought that places like this were a thing of the past. There is a rich, truly collaborative culture that pushes for great work and really cares for its people. They nurture all career levels and want to provide people with opportunities to challenge themselves and our clients.

I've over the honeymoon phase and still haven't found any.
