It's hard to say there's any pros to this company besides the fact that you get a paycheck.
Cons
Management is awful. Benefits are severely lacking as you only get one sick day. 30 minutes are removed from your paycheck every day for lunch. Yet you are encouraged to work through your lunch to get the job done. Medical deductible is severely High being $2,000 for just yourself and an additional thousand for every dependent added on.
