I really can't think of one- compared to other jobs, especially compared from the private sector, it really is a great experience.

As an instructor you can have multiple assignments and meet lots of great people that really have need for training and are very grateful and attentive. Working at CWE has been a rewarding and memorable experience in my life.

Unfortunately, the administration is diametrically opposed to the teachers' union positions which often puts the average instructor in the middle of a lot of politics that distract from the work.
