Reasonable Medical Benefits & Nice Building

Cons

Bullyism by Management. No step taken by higher authorities to fix problems. Complaints about management harassment of staff falls on deaf ears, and staff are treated with disgust and made to feel inferior. Some departments have been over worked (many hours worked from home), and under paid. Manager/s have tried to reduce staff salary without success, but would not provide pay raise after staff assessment. When staff try to stand up for themselves, they are fired. Many are laid-off without reason while the company continues to hire. The termination package contains many threatening terms to avoid employees to pursue legal advise. Staff moral is very low. The working environment is very acid. Being close friends to management is necessary to get ahead. Always agree and say YES even when the things are going wrong. It is not how dedicated you are, how hard you work, or how much you get done, but how much you can compromise with the atrocities from managers and assist to bring other staff down.

Its a good place to work as they offer hybrid options, and good salaries and benefits

The technology that drives the systems in the organization are archaic, so it makes work harder than it should be.
