Pros
Great management that really listens to what employees have to say. Even entry-level employees are given a voice, which is refreshing. Fun company gatherings, that are hip and engaging. Great atmosphere that allows for a relaxed work environment that you can thrive in.
Cons
Somewhat low wages for IT, since it is a small company. Benefits are ok, but could be better. Not a lot of clear room for growth in certain positions.
