Pros

- A really great team, so much fun to work with. - Working for CVNL is a kind of rare opportunity to contribute and network across the entire nonprofit sector in the North Bay. You can build great connections here. - There's a ton of internal expertise to tap into and lots of access to professional development and training. A good amount of growth opportunity for staff.

Cons

The past few years of natural disasters and pandemic have been hard on the team.

Pros

Fabulous opportunities to grow, push my skills, and observe new areas of the nonprofit sector. Wonderful work environment that welcomes new ideas and innovation.

Cons

Great variety of projects that may make it more difficult to really focus on your core work. Definitely an "all hands on deck" mentality.
