      Pros

      Very friendly environment, Everyone is always willing to help you and get to know you better. The President will come say hello and conversate with you anytime. I can honestly say out of all the big companies I have worked for, CV so far has been my favorite and I hope it only gets better.

      Cons

      For me, I can't say I have any negative feedback because I haven't experienced anything negative about my job.

      It is a really well run company, everyone that I worked with was smart & nice.

      Long commute all the way to Jup Farms, inability to work remote.

      Pros

      CV Technology provides so many growth opportunities and is consistently nurturing individual employee's professional development. The benefits are great I feel that I am paid well.

      Cons

      COVID was hard and I feel that our company culture began to suffer, but I can see that they are working on building it back up again.
