HI and thanks for the 5* review! We are sorry you feel this way about the pay. I just want to let you know that we don’t set pay rates for Contractors. Our customers control what that. The contracts we provide are normally 18 months and therefore the pay can be similar to a permanent employee. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further.

Pros

I have been working at CV Bay for 6 years now, starting my career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant soon climbing the ladder due to the training and support I received from all three Directors! The company as a whole have great morals, work ethic and genuinely care about their employees succeeding within the business... I can hand on heart honestly say I absolutely love working here. Lunch clubs, Christmas parties and other company incentives that are offered are second to none. The office is in a great location, offers parking, flexible working hours, on-going salary reviews AND casual dress code... unlike other recruitment firms! I'm looking forward to my future here within the business and watching the company grow :)

The working hours are brilliant and are flexible, either 8-4.30pm, 8.30-5pm or 9-5.30pm and early finish on Fridays working 8.30-3pm. The holiday allowance starts off at 20 days plus bank holidays with Christmas and New Year shut down, which rises with length of service after 2 years up 22 days and up to 25 days after 5 years of service.
