      Minimal support for advanced or complex tasks Leadership shows little concern when employees raise burnout issues Support for appropriate staffing levels is weak, creating staffing gaps and added workload Wages are undercut from previous person in position and deliberately held lower than market value Client tantrums are not handled by leadership, leaving staff unsupported in the field

      Pay was decent, but low for the amount of responsibility

      Cons

      Lack of support from corporate. Even if you report being harassed by the client...don't expect corporate to do anything about it. They look to preserve their contracts at all costs. Professionalism is lacking. There is no depth in the company to provide coverage. Was told I couldn't go on FMLA because they didn't have coverage. Unreal.
