None experienced due to extremely short and mishandled tenure. Potential in the AI space if backed by mature leadership and structured processes.

Zero onboarding support. No induction, role clarity, or direction provided. Leadership lacks professionalism. Key decision-makers were unresponsive and unavailable during the onboarding phase. HR and senior management do not reply to critical emails, including formal resignation communications. No fair evaluation process. Attempts to assess an employee’s performance within just 5-6 working days, without any feedback, is unprofessional and unacceptable. Disrespectful handling of basic needs. Request for parking was denied with a dismissive response — no consideration for senior staff logistics. The environment reflects a reactive, careless, and toxic leadership culture. Ajay Sethi & Hanit Awal are frauds, also they block on linkedin and do not have guts to reply on email chain. At time of hiring they'll mention in JD that they'll give macbooks and what not but when employee joins they have to bring there own laptops, also Hanit co-founder says lets not make it an issue on this.

Honestly no pros at all!! They are running the company on the name of Darwix AI. They had to change because of the people's review but by changing name of the company, you cannot change yourself.

Job security Job stability Rude and arrogant founders and co-founder is such an imposter. Founders are wasting people's time and energy who are actually working hard. Founders expect people to leave everything and jut follow their orders blindly. The company has no vision They are never going to make a company even a small one because they never give chance and time to people they have only interviewed. It's a complete fraud start up and the founders have no idea what they are doing. They have not given my fnf even after completing all the formalities. They have kept the money of so many people.
