Great company good environment and lots of people to help if there's any issues. Definitely a company to recommend

Promotion is not priority with the...slow pace at some time. When wanting to speak with upper management it takes a while

Stability of pay and position is likely, occasional perks like BBQs and 'team building' activities, decent medical/401/etc benefit set.

If you fit the mold, whatever it may be, then you'll have opportunities and potential to grow your success along with the companies. If not then you may be forgotten or left behind. While true of many companies, it is unfortunate that it exists here where it's typically said to be to the contrary. It's of benefit to your career to either be over-qualified for your position or friends with the right person.
