CUBE's leadership is both visionary and highly available to employees, and they are genuinely excited about helping facilitate success in all areas of the company. We are also excited to have received investment from Bregal Milestone which is launching us into a new level of technology and infrastructure.

As a growing company, CUBE faces all of the expected challenges of keeping up with growth, but honestly, I prefer those challenges over challenges associated with stagnation and complacency.

* Good people on individual teams * Good managers/team leads

* No clear communication on direction, especially for legal publishing teams * A lot of "we're so great, look at our accomplishments!" but no raises unless you're an over-the-top employee, not even cost of living adjustments * Employees don't feel like they can bring certain things up because they'll either be given no answer, or may feel intimidated and targeted afterwards.
