Pros

I got out without needing too much therapy.

Cons

Massive amount of people have put in their 2 week notice and then they scramble to try and piece things together as a result of management. The company is a mess. Between the micromanaging and the blatant disrespect for the law this company is on its way to getting a complaint with the labor board. No one is allowed to take their 15 minute breaks, we get scolded if we don't ask permission to use the Restroom. We are told we cannot get off of the phones 5 minutes early to ensure we are able to take a lunch break, so if we get stuck on a call we just aren't allowed to have a lunch. They are passive aggressive and very controlling. When we complain about the unreasonable workload due to the extreme turnover we are met with "I have been online since 4am and i wasnt scheduled to come in until noon." Or "Well I am about 3 years behind in my work." Or the more likely situation which is slamming the door shut to make sure we all know we're unwelcome. When we have small talk or conversations during the miniscule downtime we have, they makes us very aware any "chit chat" is prohibited in the office. They expect us to come in, not take breaks, not talk to anyone, not use the bathroom, and then leave. It's extremely toxic. Oh and they also feel the need to be extremely passive agressive while trying to control people who are not on their team. Micromanaging other team members in the office. Power trip or stupidity? Not quite sure. If we arent talked down to we all talk about how weird it is and it causes even more anxiety on the team. It's a weird little Stockholm syndrome. We are threatened anytime we are sick. If a family member dies we are asked if this is going to be a distraction from work. This company says it's family oriented, and with the amount of nepotism I'm sure it could be construed as a family company, but make no mistake they don't care about you or your family. The pay is not anywhere close to livable and if we bring it up we are treated as though we are greedy and ungrateful. During interviews it is stated that the growth in the company is endless by HR, but if you try and get off of any team it's impossible. The positions for any movement in the Vegas office are extremely limited. They would rather take outside hires and watch them quit in 2 months than promote from within. It is management's job to build a team that can work as a unit. The only thing they have ever done is destroy people. Respect and fear aren't the same. I hope HR sees what is happening before someone sues for workplace harassment and labor board violations.
