This is not a workplace — it is a ruthless exploitation trap. Seniors reportedly have unpaid dues of 3–4 lakh BDT, yet freshers are constantly recruited only to be used as unpaid labor. I worked here without receiving a single month of salary, only lies, manipulation, and fake “motivation” to keep people trapped. The behavior of the person running things is shamelessly predatory and animal-like — driven by greed, hostility, and zero humanity. Once you try to resign, the real face appears: aggressive, disgraceful, primitive, and completely devoid of ethics or respect for human dignity. There is no honesty, no morality, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for people’s time or life here. If you value your dignity, career, and mental health — stay far, far away.

Good learning environment. Supportive teammates – Seniors are approachable and helpful. Training programs – Initial training sessions are useful for skill development. Exposure to live projects – Early chances to work on real-time tasks and learn practically.

Average salary package – Not very competitive for freshers.
