      Pros

      It survived almost thirty years! Great peers who will looking out for each other like a family!!

      Cons

      No pay increase for the past five years while the CEO would say we managed to make profit for most of the years!! High pay out of pocket for employee's benefits

      Pros

      CTT used to be one of the best gigs I’ve ever had. Not much pressure, friendly co-workers, no obstructions to getting the job done. Happy customers for the most part. Good team of field sales reps. Then Kratos bought the place.

      Cons

      New management from Kratos is all guys hired from Mercury. Cut throat. Morale among the legacy employees has gone into the toilet.
