Very Toxic work environment with no long-term growth - Anonymous employee CTS Engines Employee Review

The organization sells you on great benefits as a mechanic and a long-term career here, but the recruiter sells you a dream during the initial interview process and then the first week when you start, you are thrown into a pack of wolves with no real training or guidance. I would not recommend working here.
