4yHello and thank you for your feedback. I am of course disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at CTS. Whilst we do acknowledge that there has been some disruption to service in the early part of this year, we are committed to making positive changes and are listening to staff feedback to guide our decisions. Having recently analysed the results of our staff and client surveys, we are investing across the business in measures that will support CTS in delivering a quality service. We continue to backfill our front line service roles, but we do feel it is important to strengthen our management layers as we grow, recruiting experienced individuals to mature our processes and provide day-to-day support to our distributed teams. I would like to highlight that CTS has always operated in line with Government guidance on Covid restrictions, taking a considerate approach to personal circumstances and putting stringent safety measures in place to create a COVID-secure office space that facilitates our new hybrid working model.
