Great employees, horrible upper management - Engineer CTS Cement Manufacturing Employee Review

The people are absolutely amazing

The pay is geared towards people with little to no bills.

My coworkers have been incredibly supportive, so I've been able to handle all the stress thrown my way so far. Employees also receive a couple of benefits, which is neat, but that's where the pros end, unfortunately. My experience with CTS has been frustrating and disappointing. If there is a company you should avoid at all costs, it's CTS Cement Manufacturing.

I don't know why this company hasn't been reported yet, because the way employees are being treated here is abysmal! Management doesn't show us any respect; we're treated as nothing more than tools for them to use, and our well-being is merely an afterthought for them! Brutal workloads, impossible expectations, tight deadlines, long hours, and zero support are what I've had to deal with ever since I started working here, and the fact that I'm treated as less than human certainly doesn't help! The salary is also pretty terrible, and doesn't help! The salary is also pretty, and doesn't reflect our workloads at all! With how terribly we're being treated, and how awful our salaries are, the company is practically just a glorified sweatshop!
