      Very flexible work time, no high expectations on experience or education for entering the company.

      Cons

      No marketing or technical strategy, only fullfilling the customer's whishes at low cost, weak leadership, no transparency on sales, costs and decicionmaking.

      Great work/life balance, lots of opportunities to learn more, always get support from management to get education or tools that helps improving our products.

      Cons

      No clear vision about the future direction of this company, like what new products should be launched and what new products should look like in terms of features.
