- Management is very helpful in regards to nurturing the professional and personal growth of their employees. - Mistakes are taken as learning opportunities to help you grow and not used as an opportunity to belittle you. -I learned how to engage with various clients and how to properly uphold myself both over the phone and in person. -They allow you to expand your knowledge to the best of your abilities; once you excel in a task they provide you with more tasks to help better your understanding of both the collection and legal community - Provide you with tasks that challenge your abilities; not to the point where it is stressful, but to the point were you are able to learn and grow from your experiences - Working environment is great, you meet a lot of great people with experience that are willing to share and help you on your journey. There is so much to learn from the senior employees. - Very fair in terms of hours/time off.

I hated every minute of my several months (too long) there, the office is run by a particularly spiteful individual who nobody has any respect for, she tells the managers how to do their jobs and they are too gutless to tell her to shut up and get on with her job so the rest of the workforce ends up resenting both parties. Dont expect any training or any level of professionalism it simply does not exist there. I was shocked to see how accounts were getting legal charges ( on accounts that no legal action had taken place on). employees were made to be impolite and even lie to debtors calling in for help. we were constantly made to feel bad and be pressured into working overtime which they would not pay us for, targets are set so high that people will never achieve bonus, thankfully i now work for a loan company with a great boss, i would rather work for free here than spend another single minute of my life working for CTHELL ( oops sorry i meant CTL)
