Unprofessional communications between higher ups - Anonymous employee CTL Communications Employee Review

The work is quite dull and also it's for Big Pharma in the US so theres the moral/ethical side of that. It's quite unorganised and the CEO is very unprofessional when talking to employees, is more than happy to say rude/angry remarks to you which can be very intimidating not to mention unprofessional. There is no properly trained HR representative either so you are one your own. Also, there is a shocking lack of diversity, not one POC.
