      ¤Overall nice group of people to work with ¤Nice office space ¤Owner is a wonderful humanitarian

      Cons

      ¤Processes are desperatly inadequate. ¤Software doesn't communicate across platforms forcing inefficiencies in tools to perform job thus requiring staff to work much harder and longer hours to complete tasks. ¤Unwilling to accept or adapt to change which promote efficiencies to benefit company and/or employees ¤Lacks unified support for the greater good ¤No work/life balance
